UN Chief Secretary Antonio Guterres said last Sunday that the outcome of the COP26 Climate Deal in Glasgow was an agreement and steps towards keeping global temperature rise within 1.5 degrees Celsius.
He called on members of all countries involved in Glasgow to try to end the use of coal and protect vulnerable communities from the effects of climate change.
