Motera Stadium: The third match of the 4 Test match series between the Indian cricket team and the England cricket team will be played from 24 February i.e. Wednesday.
Indian cricket team opener Rohit Sharma has given a big statement about this match to be held at Motera Stadium.
They say that in the third Test match being played against England, the new wicket at Motera Stadium will help the spinners like the second Test.
This match between these two teams will be played day-night. In this Motera stadium of about 1 lakh 10 thousand capacity, international cricket is also coming back strongly with this match.
India opener Rohit Sharma told the media, I do not see any such change in the pitch. Which is quite different from the second Test match.
This wicket at Motera Stadium is also going to remain the same. The world’s largest international stadium is also going to get a lot of turn.
Rohit Sharma said that yes we are making our preparations accordingly. In the coming days also we need to assess the pitch and what is going to happen here.
Rohit Sharma said, our focus will be on lights and new sito as they will be very bright. We will have a long day tomorrow.
We will vigorously practice slip catching and outfield catching. Whichever new ground you visit, you try your best to use those lights, surroundings and the atmosphere of the field.
We will do individual preparations for at least 10 to 20 minutes individually. So that the outfield and lights can be used fairly well.
The series of 4 Test matches between both the teams is still 1-1. The Indian cricket team will not have to lose at least both Test matches to reach the final of the World Test Championship.
If India wins a match and a draw is made then India will reach the final of the ICC World Test Championship.
The same Rohit Sharma further said, you just have to focus on the processes and don’t think too far.
If you are thinking ahead, then it can become a pressure on you. If you try and live in the present then I don’t think you will feel that pressure.
India’s opener batsman Rohit said, it is a five-day cricket. That’s why meditation and pressure change every day.
I think it is very important to remain present and think what we have to do on that day. It is very important to pay attention to small things.
When you do all those small things in the right way, eventually you will get what you want to achieve.
