R Ashwin breaks Harbhajan Singh’s big record: World No.1 bowler in this case

Indian cricket team’s experienced off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has left behind Harbhajan Singh in terms of taking the most wickets on Indian soil.

The same Ashwin has come second in terms of highest wicket-taking on Indian soil. Ben Stokes’ wicket in the first innings of the second Test match against England made this record.

Ashwin became the first bowler in the world to dismiss left-handed batsmen 200 times in Test cricket.
